How do I claim the warranty?

Directly on our website, you can raise a claim with all the details. In case of a defect, we will take care of picking it up, fixing or replacing it, and sending it right back to you.

What does the 3-month warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, theft, or loss of the device.

What does the 3-month warranty cover?

The 3-month warranty covers all types of defects encountered under normal usage, the same as a warranty for a new device.

Shipping Details

Most of our items are shipped by the next day, however, we promise a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days to be on the safe side. Rest assured, we will keep you updated from the moment of purchase, through WhatsApp and Email, with updates on your order.

ORDER & RETURNS

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order at any time on our website: Order Tracking. Additionally, once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link from our courier partner with live updates on your order.

How long does it take to get my refund back?

Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned product our technical team will inspect the device condition if eligible we will process your refund within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed on the spot when the returned product is received by our delivery agent.

Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. 
Please note : that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
